The manager gives me notice complaints when I was talking in a inside voice outside. He threatened to kick us out eventhough we already paid for our rooms, he also said that he will not give us our money back too. The room was basic, there is always oil that leaks out of the over when you use it. The water pressure in the kitchen is horrible. The bathroom and room door and slide doors but it always breaks very easily. The room service doesn't change your bed sheets even if it's dirty, the pool is always over powered with chlorine and has a lot of insects. I found it very unfair that people would have fights here and parties but they wouldn't get kicked out yet the manager threatened to kick us out when we was just talking.
Good location. Close to the beaches and supermarket. Casuarina square is nearby. Overall a well managed facility. Rooms including kitchen was in good condition. All amenities were available in the rooms.
